We are in constant motion – even in stillness there is movement. Our heart has a beat. Our walk has a rhythm. The earth has a living pulse. Every time we put music on and dance we are connecting to the universal elements and flow of life, allowing ourselves to be completely absorbed in the moment.

UNWIND… back into your Self is a practice based in fluid movement. Verbally guided and self-directed, this deeply personal inner journey will invite you to move as you feel and feel as you move in a way that is natural to you. Stretch and lengthen your entire body, engage and strengthen your muscles and bones, energize your vitality and quiet and soften with gentle flow. In a safely held space, this moving physical and mental experience can help break habitual patterns of movement.
